I was not impressed with this company. They were supposed to arrive between 10 and noon but didn't actually arrive until 2. The worker ran the bristle brush up the stainless pipe from the inside of our woodstove and vacuumed the interior. Spent all of 15 minutes and never went onto the roof to run the bristle tool down it. Then charged $150. A scam in my opinion.
