This place is on so many levels unprofessional and unreliable.DO not take your clothes to any of their locations. I took my husband's new suit to one locate and was no aware that my items were going to a different location where there was a fire. And only his shirt was returned to me. But the suit jacket and pants was never recovered.And before I knew anything about the fire. I also drop off my dress blazer it was also damaged by the fire. This business is a perfect example of how not to run a customer-facing service. The young woman at the front desk was glued to her phone, dressed like she just rolled out of bed, and gave off pure “don’t care” energy from the moment I walked in. She lost items from my order, didn’t bother to look for them, and her only response to every question was “I don’t know.” No manager, no follow-up call, no solution — just indifference. Lost 2 of my best shirts and no one hasn’t contacted me or even tried to make it right. I have nothing good to say about this business except they lost my stuff and now can’t get a straight answer from anyone. Use a different cleaner other than these people. I give them a Zero out of a hundred.
