I highly recommend Eli and his work. When I was having my house painted, they discovered bad rot on a door frame. Eli came first thing the next day (a Saturday) and created a beautiful new frame. His quick response kept the painting project on time.
We highly recommend Waters Construction. We’ve had three projects done on our house with them so far and we plan on coming back if we have more. One thing that stands out about them in comparison to other contractors is Communication. Eli always responds to texts and phone calls, sends videos explaining issues and keeps a good record of his work. His crew is polite and tidy. He’s taken care of all of the waste in the aftermath of construction. Waters has been a solid and reliable contractor.
I just had Waters Construction rebuild a portion of my deck and pressure wash and stain the rest. I am so happy with the end result, and have gotten many compliments from family and friends. The price was just right for me, and Eli and his crew got the work done in a pretty quick turnaround. They were punctual, kind, hard-working, and tidied up everything at the end of the job. Eli was a great contractor to deal with. I plan to use this company again in the future for other work.
Eli and his crew were great and so efficient! They tackled the job immediately and even seemed very happy to do so. It was a small job but that didn't matter to them.They we're so kind and pleasant. Eli is a fine kind man and really helped me out of a jam. He actually went above and beyond to see that the job was completed. I would call him again in a heartbeat! .
Eli did a fantastic job installing my new microwave and stove. He vented it out the top and had to crawl in my attic to vent it outside. He responded to all my texts almost instantly and showed up when he said. I would recommend Waters construction for any project and am planning on calling him in the future.
