I HAD BOOKED AN APPT. at 4:30 on Saturday … I was 7 minutes late…. I am a visitor in town and I was not informed that the salon closes at 5pm. My appt. was with William. He informed me that the appt. was for 4:15, not 4:30. He also informed me that there was NOTHING he could do for me. He didn’t even have the grace or courtesy to apologize or anything….. I have been faithfully seeing Taylor for about a year now and she’s incredible! My hair is the most healthy and vibrant it has ever been in my adult life and it’s all thanks to her.
