Waters car wash in deland has the worst managers they should be let go immediately. All they are concerned with is getting you to sigh up, then they lie to you and charge more. They let the best employees go and keep the ones that do nothing. I will neaver go back again. Iuv car wash is 10 times better. At least the price they tell is what they charge to your card. They need new managers at waters, not the two that lie to you to get your business.
I came in today for a car wash. As soon as I pulled in I was met by the GM of the car wash. He was very professional and informational. I had a few things in the bed of my truck so he moved cones so I could exit, clean the stuff out back at the office then I made my way back. The truck needed a good wash and I wasn't sure that going through the wash one time would suffice and was sure i'd have to go at least twice in a row.
