Words can't even begin to explain how great this place is! I took my car in monday around 3 and my car was ready for pickup after 24 hours. I went in for a wheel bearing mainly but they opened my eyes to help me realize why my ride was so rough. Everything was communicated well by Kay but I will admit I was a little afraid when is saw $2600 first thing in the morning but that was me just not understanding how to read a quote lol. I took my 2016 Hyundia Genesis to Waters Automotive today with a previously undiagnosed rear end vibration at low speeds. Great place! Got my car fixed a lot cheaper than what I thought it was going to be. They got it fixed faster than the other mechanics I have had in the past. They bring me good news every time I work with them! Better yet! I trust Waters Auto Repair shop. I don’t think you can find a better trusting mechanic this side of Texas. True and fair to the point!
