On our way to Provincetown last Sunday we ran over something that looked like a small ceramic straw. It pierced the tire which went flat in moments. AAA swapped it out for the spare. Monday morning we went to Waters, where they were able to patch the tire, swap it back, torque it properly, and send us on our way for $25! They totally saved our vacation and have our thanks!
Nothing like a little excitement to spice up a vacation. Sunday, as we rounded the rotary in Orleans, the tire pressure light went on. From there, it’s about 30-40 minutes to Provincetown. Monday morning we asked about an auto repair place and the front desk guy suggested one that had also I found. Drove to the local gas station to pump the tire and then to the car shop.
