I hired Waterproofing PD to address the issue of basement flooding. Senior Project Supervisor, Vald inspected the site and proposed an Exterior Waterproofing Option for mine and provided Technical Report as requested. Michael was the Team Lead and Andre was his assistant along with the team of young people delivered a professional job within the stipulated time frame. As I am aware, two families live nearby dropped in and impressed with the work and awarded their projects.

I feel cheated. They didn’t waterproof anything properly, just patched things temporarily to make it look like they did something. Within days, I had water coming through again. No support, no care, no professionalism. Worst decision ever hiring this company.
I’m angry and disappointed. I gave this waterproofing company $2,000 for a full basement job. They looked professional at first but turned out to be complete scammers. The work was done carelessly, and nothing was fixed. They ignored all my calls after the payment was made. This is not a real business – it’s a con. Be smart and avoid them.
