We had our basement treated in 2008 - and there was a marked improvement. We were happy about the 10-year guarantee. When we experienced seepage, we called for Tom to come out. It has been over 3 weeks since we called for Tom to come out to address the seepage. He has not returned a single message. He has blown off all the appointments we set. The service was terible. He was always late. This week alone he has missed 4 meetings. Very unprofessional. Not worth the trouble.
