Cool place and magnificent views
AVOID!!!!! Waterpoint Residence has honestly got to be one of the worst places I’ve ever lived. The body corporate have no clue what they’re doing and make living here far harder than it needs to be. There is basically no visitor parking and barely any street parking nearby, so if you have more than one car you’ll end up parking a long way from the building. Don’t live here. Save yourself the ludicrous amount money it costs to live here and find somewhere that is actually nice. The body corporate are useless and have absolutely no empathy. It doesn’t matter if you can’t solve an issue straight away or something is out of your control, it’s not hard to just be nice, except apparently for them it is. Avoid this place at all costs!! They simply do not care, they have a contract for Waterpoint residences and all they care about is the money. David the building manager is aware of black mould, water leaks, aircon faults, refusing to shut down a pool if someone poos in it, will just get the cleaner to pick the poo out. You pay big money for body corporate, the place smells like bin juice, the owner is loud and obnoxious, the decent staff they have never last because they say it’s a nightmare.
