Security is very rude
Probably one of the worst places Ive ever lived in!!!!! Lifts are never working so expect to be waiting 5 minutes every time and expect to wait a month for them to get fixed.Bad management !! A-lot of rude tenants and don’t park your car in visitors unless you want your car to be towed and a $500 fine.
Cool place and magnificent views
AVOID!!!!! Waterpoint Residence has honestly got to be one of the worst places I’ve ever lived. The body corporate have no clue what they’re doing and make living here far harder than it needs to be. There is basically no visitor parking and barely any street parking nearby, so if you have more than one car you’ll end up parking a long way from the building. If you’re a tradie, good luck — leaving your work vehicle far away is just asking for your tools to get stolen. They are extremely aggressive with towing cars. It honest... read more
