I've been a customer of Brian and Ev's business for about 20 years. I've never had cause to complain and the products they sell turn out to my and my friends' satisfaction. The one time I did have a fermenting difficulty, Ev was available to give me the advice I needed to correct it. All good - lovely people - including their staff!
