I've had a frustrating experience with the water dispenser here. It is been more than 5 times. Despite selecting 5 gallons, received only 3 gallons or not, and when I choose 3 gallons, I get only 1.5 gallons. I appreciate the convenience of testing the water, but I don't appreciate feeling ripped off on Christmas Eve. In contrast, Walmart's water dispenser allows me to control the exact amount of water I take and pay accordingly. Here, I pay and hope that I receive the correct amount, which is disappointing……….
Prices have gone up, $1.75 for 5 gallons but still great water.
updated sept 6 2024 now it's .35 cents a gallon, doesn't fill up all the way like it use to. it went up to .30 cents just a couple months ago. no discount when you purchase 5 gallons. Always clean. Never crowded. And unlike other water refill places like in Kroger or Walmart they are still only $.25. I really appreciate that.
