Ark plus his team George and Paulie have been the best support to my husband & I while we've spent the past year on major fixes to our house. With an emergency call out on Easter Saturday he was able to calmly talk us through our options as he made his way to us, and then identify a quick and professional solution. Ark was recommended by a friend. Our toilet was leaking and the first plumber advised that we needed a replacement toilet. But when he didn't get back to us, we contacted Ark. Ark purchased a replacement part and fixed the leak (at a fraction of the price for a replacement toilet). While he was here, he fixed our shower tap and replaced another tap in the laundry. Very friendly staff at this business who kept me informed of there attendance to do the investigation work and were able to find the cause of my water ingress and provide a solution that others had not identified in 2 years of questioning why water was entering my premises infrequently.
