Great Service and Loved Our Wedding with Watermark! – Our experience was terrific and we loved that Watermarks team watched every detail. Their staff was personable and was obvious they loved their jobs. We have recommended them to two friends already who are excited to have Watermark Weddings as their planners. Love them!
Find another wedding planner – Poor customer service. Do not use this service, you will be disappointed. They did not listen to details. Their website is just as outdated as they are; they do not care about the customer, only about getting their money. They made mistakes with our transportation which left us running late and missed some pictures we wanted. They didn't put toiletry items in restroom as promised and paid for. They didn't inform me that the church wouldn't allow the aisle runner to be put down which I paid $250... read more
