Trouble getting ahold of anyone. One of the sketchiest wire setups I've ever seen, and I send hundreds of thousands of dollars in wires daily. 5-6 different fonts in an email, conflicting info, gaps in communications, spelling and capitalization inconsistencies-- all the things they tell you to be skeptical of.
We had an exceptional experience working with Shasta Johnson (and Ryan) at Watermark Title. We were in a complicated situation involving a past name change and mortgage documentation that needed to be legally verified, all under a very tight closing timeline.
