Nick responded quickly once I registered my project on Angi. When we spoke, he asked me a series of questions about the pool leak in the main drain. He determined there was not a need to dig up my yard and replace the leaking pipe. Rather he said the hydrostat that was recently installed stopped the water flow and consequently repairs were not needed at this time. We just had our 40-year 30,000 gallon in-ground pool re-plastered and re-tiled by Watermark. They did a phenomenal job. Carefully checked every inch of the pool for loose concrete and chipped them out. They coated the entire interior with a scratch-coat to ensure good bonding with the specialty concrete with blue glass beads, and did a light acid-wash to make the colors pop! Don’t be in a hurry and shop around. In the end you’ll get a much better price and result. Do not recommend watermark.
We had coping redone. They showed up unannounced to measure. They came to do the job. There were two places that were poorly done. They came without letting us know, no email or phone call therefore no confirmation . We let our dog out. The places newly repaired were walked on. They will not repair until we pay in full! We offered to be home when they repair and we would pay in full then. Still haven’t come out to do anything. Job is a mess! Run the other direction!
If you are in the DMV and need work done on your swimming pool, I strongly recommend that you avoid Watermark Swimming Pool services. We had a major overhaul of our pool done 2.5 years ago. A year later, the coping stones began showing wear. They dragged their feet about doing anything. Now they've 'helpfully' replaced 17 of 57 coping stones, roughly half of those showing wear, and somehow think they've addressed the issue.
