Vehicle in for routine oil change, tire rotation and windshield treatment. Service scheduled for 2 pm. Oil change, tire rotation and inspection was completed by 2:30 pm. When the service advisor came and got me, said all was done . I questioned if the windshield had been done, paperwork showed vehicle sent to detail. After looking and questioning, windshield had not been done. This was at 2:40 and vehicle went to detail. At 3:40 pm, I asked when the vehicle would be done.
