RecommendedI have had friends their and also people that work with residents their and I have always heard they are excellent in care of residents.
RecommendedWe've been here 18 months now, and we like it a lot. The food is good. Almost everyone is patient, kind, and respectful. The location is good for us as well, and I hear other residents say how they like the friendliness here.

I am absolutely disgusted at the postmortem care provided to my uncle. When my uncle passed away peacefully at the dining room table, the aids decided to cover him with a sheet, and leave him at the table until his power of attorney came. Once his son got there, the nurses told him he had to pick up my uncles lifeless body and transfer him to a wheelchair, wheel him into his room, and place him into bed. I AM SICK.
I don't know about the inside care but would definately not want my loved one on the mini van .I was hit in the parking lot of a well known store the driver on the van coming up the wrong way on a one way hit my car then backed up almost hitting a truck that was honking and took off out of the parking lot. Thank goodness for cameras it caught the whole thing.I called and spoke to some one named Rhonda she said driver told her he didn't anything said talk my insurance and hung up on me. RecommendedEveryday I am glad we made the move to Legacy at Fairways almost 2 years ago. Our spacious villa meets all our needs and more as we are able to entertain our friends. When we have concerns they are quickly remedied. Our neighborhood is caring and we enjoy activities at the Town Center. Victor provides all our shopping needs. When friends come to see us they are amazed at the size of our villa and the opportunities we have here. We love it here.
RecommendedWe moved into a townhouse in July, 2018. We immediately felt at home. The staff answers questions and has provided a safe atmosphere to live. They have taken care of repairs when we have needed them. There are many opportunities for growth, such as yoga, exercise, games, classes, etc. The watermark catalog of offerings is extensive. We feel we are part of a caring community; neighbors who watch out for one another. We appreciate the villa meetings where we are able to address our concerns and are informed about changes. RecommendedMy husband and I moved into a beautiful Villa two years ago and we can't say enough about our happiness and ease of living. The community is friendly and there is always something going on whether an exercise class, friendly game of mahJongg, or a social gathering. We have made wonderful friends and with no longer being burdened with the responsibility of home ownership, we have improved our quality of life immensely.
