Canterbury believes that choice is one of the most powerful things we can give their residents.😀

They need to hire a new manager in the Dementia unit that really knows whats going on there when he or she is not there...and take action when something goes wrong! Hold people accountable for their actions!

RecommendedMy folks moved into the Legacy at Fairways May 1, 2015. My dad continues to live there since my mom’s passing in 2016. The physical space is striking and the apartments all have different layouts- nothing “cookie cutter” there! The common areas are beautiful and always decorated for the season. Food Kitchen staff and wait staff are unprofessional and unsanitary. handles glass wear by the rim, handles food with no gloves, leaves food sitting out way to long then serves it residents. Management is aware and does nothing about it. Completely unsanitary and unacceptable. Think twice before deciding to live here or letting family members live here
