We have built 3 homes and done 6 major renovations on those homes, with Watermark being the largest and most recent of them all. While we have had mostly favorable experiences with all our contractors , Watermark has surpassed them all in quality and responsiveness. Watermark designed an outdoor kitchen (with matching roof), block privacy walls, pool with circular overflow spa, pano screen, travertine deck, outdoor travertine pathway, and a stone faced retaining wall with travertine top. They were the only company that we could find that had the ability to do everything under one roof. From planning with Michael to building with Mike, we love our completed oasis. They brought our vision to life. Shout out to Nick for all his help.
Our experience with Watermark Design was great. Professional and attentive the whole way through. Will definitely call on them again for the next project.
If you're looking for the absolute best craftsmanship in the bay area, this is it. I would recommend this place to my Grandmother. Continued from last review We also paid extra to have an electrical outlet removed so it wouldn’t interfere with the backsplash in the kitchen, yet they started cutting tile around it anyway, and were about to leave it in the middle of the tile backsplash until we said something. This forced us to stop the project mid-way for them to fix their mistake and move the outlet like we discussed and was outlined in the contract.
