Subsequent to my "dismissal" from his practice, he reneged on the forwarding of my dental records and withheld the final radial index pictures necessary for the implant procedure to now be done at Aspen Dental. When apprised of this, Aspen Dental offered me the free cost to redo the necessary x-rays and radial implant index pictures 1/15/2024. What use has he for these records he denied me-or is this just spite? Compare Watermark to Aspen Dental-who would you trust?
I asked them for help possibly a redo if the implant went south two years ago-answer"we don't do that." In other words pay up and take your chances. when i came back two years later i was quoted a 50% increase over two years prior-still no redo if things went south. in the bargain my communication with Dr. Rand seemed almost deliberately dissonant He notified me that he was "dismissing me from his practice" and refused to finish the implant procedure his office had started.
