Zero stars, actually. I was lied to about the apartment, paid my $60 fee, then cancelled my interest in the apartment when the lie was discovered. Property Manager, Nicole, refused to refund my $60. She said it was against their policy, even if it had been a lie.
I've had a wonderful experience at Watermark at the Grove. The community is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, with modern apartments and excellent amenities that make it feel like home. The location is incredibly convenient, with shopping, restaurants, and easy access to I-90 just minutes away. What really stands out is the friendly and professional staff.
