We love it here! We’ve been living here for three years now and it truly feels like home. The community is wonderful, and the amenities and outdoor areas are amazing. It feels like a private resort. It’s also very pet friendly, which was a top priority for us. We wanted a place where our furry baby would feel welcome, and this place is perfect for her. I’ve been living at Watermark for about a year and I’m super impressed with everything this little community has to offer. From the moment I moved in, everything has been great. No complaints whatsoever. The location is perfect. A few restaurants that are in walking distance (Chipotle, Starbucks, Panera, Rookies). The Watermark staff is incredible.
