“Management” office is terrible. Glad to see I’m not the only one who has been belittled by the women in the office. Do not expect communication if you reach out to them. Very dismissive. Care for the property and upkeep has significantly declined.
I've lived here for 5 years, and while nothing is perfect, the staff here does go out of their way to make sure this is a great place to live. Kat and Nicole are always willing to talk with you about any issues and will do what they can to resolve them. The maintenance guys are friendly and happy to help with anything, but do get overwhelmed sometimes, like in the winters if we get a lot of snow. I've made several friends here in the Watermark community. I'm quite happy here and plan to stay for a few more years.
If I could give this place a no star rating, I would in a heartbeat. Management here is completely two faced and unprofessional... Kat Dunn and Nicole Gold. Don't get me started on the owner. There was one occasion I went to the leasing office to resolve issues I have had with my apartment he completely downplayed the situation and refused to take me seriously. Apartments are nice, but rent is higher than other places at the same quality. When things break it’s fixed half way. Maintenance and grounds keeping is sub par. Maintenance, Nicole Gold & Kat Dun all have spoken to me on separate occasions with disrespect and hostility. When people feel like you can see through their lies they get insecure. After 4 years of living here I’ve seen things go down hill. Litter and garbage at the entrances, dog poop left to step in, dogs barking non stop without repercussions, theft and shady behavior from the residents they allow to live here, packages being stolen from the mail room. The constant nagging from management about rules. Here’s the thing, if people break rules go to them directly and speak.
