I called Waterman's Floral Gift shop inquiring about a floral arrangement, their professionalism, and attention to detail was demonstrated in the peace plant they prepared at my request. The plant was emerald green and very healthy. Well done, Watermans! Thank you!

I was out of town when a dear friend passed. I ordered flowers online. Someone from Waterman's called to tell me they could not do the bouquet I ordered. But they would design something beautiful. I explained this was very important, and I was upset I could not attend the service. I was promised they would send a photo once the bouquet was designed. I never received a photo or an apology, just excuses.
