We purchased a home where Casey Ferry acted as the listing agent, representing the seller. While we worked with a separate buyer’s agent, our experience with Casey raised major red flags. Got lied to about a property and the buyer's agent acted as though he was the seller agent, and he did various unethical - likely illegal and unlawful - maneuvers during the purchase of a supposedly livable and supposedly move-in ready house. Guess what? It was not and still isn't. I wouldn't want to retain such an agent as an employee or associate if he is going to act like that and would seek to remedy the situation as fluidly and amicably as I could if I was his manager or responsible overseer.
