My mother needed a root canal. She’s in her late seventies and a tooth extraction was a viable option but my mother didn’t want to go that route. Dr. Moattar went over our options and felt confident a root canal would work for her. He was right. My Mother just got out of her procedure and things went very well. I’d recommend Dr. Moattar very highly. Hopefully I won’t need a root canal soon but I know where I will go if I need one.

Thank you so much for saving my tooth, Dr. Moattar. As a dentist myself—and someone who did not want to lose a tooth with a poor prognosis—I knew the long drive was worth it. They have successfully treated multiple members of my family before, so I trusted their expertise completely. Northern California is incredibly lucky to have endodontists of their caliber. If you don’t want to lose your tooth, do yourself a favor and get a second opinion here.

Dr. Moattar and his staff have been a pleasure to work with - very professional and willing to go the extra step. What stands out for me was the fact that I really wanted to try to save my tooth even though other professionals were suggesting a different path of treatment based on the data and images (that were more invasive and costly).
