Edited review…After a few days of trying to reach them they contacted me back and explained they are having communication and tech issue. Have been up saying me daily about the status of my order. It should be in the mail soon! I purchased 4 days ago and no update! I reached out 2 days ago for clarification about shipping and no response!
Don't go here. There's plenty of other spaces in the Waterman Discount Mall. This jeweler was supposed to check my goal to see if it was 14 carat or 18 karat. He gets a file and starts filing / shaving the back. When a jeweler does that they are stealing some of your gold. so if you have any of your jewelry checked or repaired there, beware.
