We had a terrible experience. We hired them to design our septic system for a house we were building. They did the near minimum and came back with a 3 bed room septic design where the septic was going to be above ground sitting right next our swimming pool in the backyard. We were horrified and they told us that because of ground water level they can not get the approval for more bed rooms and the septic has to go in the backyard as an eye sore.
