They are always quite fast and professional. But the most amazing thing: I got an ultrasound appointment in 24 hours! At their competitor the wait is three months.
I had an appointment for 38 weeks obstetrics and it was my first visit at this location. The lady Malika who did my ultra sound was so rude, and had no manners how to treat a patient and a pregnant lady. The questions she was asking making no sense, like your OB didn’t mentioned any thing on the requisition form, is she indian or white, and you are like your OB(i have no idea why was she asking such questions). There’s one doctor there her name is Shahinaz she’s Indian She tried my wife very bad and she wasn’t nice at all. My wife she was very tired today because she’s pregnant This doctor pushed my wife several times as she was entering the room and threw boxes of tissues on her. I will file a complaint against her and the bad treatment she gave my wife and the disgusting way she spoke.
