I had a fantastic experience here, the level of customer care is truly exceptional. It honestly felt like going from an economy-class dental office to business class. The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly professional, and the whole visit was smooth and comfortable from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend this place more! Also they are great with handling university students insurances (I am in university of Waterloo). If I had to recommend a dental office it would be this one.
The team at Waterloo West Dentistry is simply incredible. I needed to get a filling, and Kim, very kindly, scheduled me for the same day. Dr. Andrew is truly dedicated to his craft and made me feel super comfortable throughout the entire process. I have now found my permanent dentist in KW, and I hope you do too at Waterloo West Dentistry.

Jessica was absolutely amazing and made my kids first dentist experience perfect. Thanks to her I think my little ones are excited to come back for their next visit!
Dr Andrew straccted my wisdom tooth that has been causing me so much pain for moths, the whole team was extremely helpful and supportive from the from desk Kim to back jess and Saveth, as l have many health conditions l feared it would felt my ability to have this procedure done. The removal of the tooth was super fast and thank to the Nitrous gas l was able to stay calm and relax. Thank Waterloo West Dentistry
