Ron and Erin have been key members of our health care team for several years now. They, plus Cindy and the rest of their staff are consistently kind, caring and considerate of our health needs and they have even interceded with our primary care Physicians when they felt that a prescription issued for us might need a tweak to improve efficacy. You should consider adding these guys to YOUR health care team - trust me, you won't regret it if you do that. John and Chris Davison
Exceptional staff. Everyone is always so friendly. They remember you. It really does feel like visiting a friend when you go in. The gift shop area has some cute things. I found some fun ornaments around Christmas time. It's fun to browse when waiting for a prescription.
Waterloo Wellness Pharmacy has the nicest staff. In general I work with Erin who is very helpful and easy to talk to. I leave the pharmacy feeling better than when I went in. The staff at this store are great!
