Nick and his team rebuilt a tub for us, came out awesome and the installation service was amazing. Highly recommend.
TL;DR highly recommend - give them a call! We called Waterloo Water Services after our hot tub stopped working. The friendly team was on-site less than 24 hours later. They diagnosed the issue in under 15 minutes (a water leak) and removed all standing water from under the hot tub. They returned with a part to fix the hot tub on Friday at 4PM (less than 48 hours later) so we could use it over the weekend. Great service, quick fix and prompt communication. They will be our first call if any other issues arise. Thanks again!
