Overall, I was disappointed with my experience and wouldn’t go back. I saw previous reviews mentioning how friendly the staff are, and they really were nice. But friendliness isn’t enough when it comes to healthcare. I sent my insurance policy number and coverage details ahead of time so they could prepare an estimate. They didn’t do that. Only after the exam was finished did they tell me that nothing was covered, so I had to pay the full amount out of pocket (~200). My visit wasn’t urgent at all.
