Today I came in to pick up my glasses and Lindsay was fantastic. She was so meticulous in making sure the glasses fit properly and did many adjustments to ensure they were great. She then picked me out one of her favourite glasses cases that works well for travelling as I am leaving for a cruise in a few weeks. I recently visited Dr. Bright and was highly impressed. She is knowledgeable, patient-centric, and professional, taking the time to thoroughly check my eyes and my mother's. We felt well cared for and satisfied with her approach. The staff were also courteous and focused on customer service, making the experience pleasant. I highly recommend Dr. Bright and her team!
