Dr. Ogunnowo is my family physician and I cannot say enough positive things about him and the clinic. Every time I come in, the staff are super friendly and helpful, and Dr. Ogunnowo is a great listener, very thorough, and incredibly efficient. I always feel heard and well taken care of. Best doctors I’ve ever had. The front desk is medium nice, can be super nice or kinda short but they’re okay. Dr Tolu is the best dr I’ve ever had and being both family dr and urgent care is wonderful.
One thing I found bothering recently is that everytime I try to called the clinic to book appointment, my call was never answered and was transfered to voice mail. It used to be OK that if we call in the morning, we get answered and able to book appointment for the day or next day. Wondering what is changing now? Are there a good way we can make appointment with the family doctor?
I've been to this clinic 2 times and have had Dr. Sandra. She is amazing, and had a new different perspective for a chronic condition. The pharmacist took the time to explain the use of a new med and also the team worked so it was covered under my govt plan. Great follow up.
