We are very happy with our family doctor and the entire clinic staff. It is always easy to reach the office and book an appointment, and we have never had any problems. I don't know what kind of problem the front desk staff have, but that doesn't give you the right to ruin people's day. The simplest human behavior is saying "hello" or "how are you," that's how communication begins. If you don't want to do this job, nobody is forcing you to stay.
