I had my first appointment at this wonderful clinic today and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Here are some highlights: From the time I spoke by phone to Sam at reception to book an appointment, to the end of my meeting today, every aspect was flawless, professional and most appreciated. Sam, Bruptha *and Anusha *at the front desk are very welcoming, efficient and super-kind. They immediately made me feel as though I had been at their facility many times before. Doctors will dismiss all of your concerns and you will leave her office disappointed and in tears every time. Late to appointments, does not like to answer questions, and will not provide referrals to specialists. Finding a family doctor is difficult, but if possible I suggest looking elsewhere.
If you enjoy a circus, don’t hesitate to visit this place—it's surreal. Yesterday (Thursday) around 4:00 PM, I was told they were no longer accepting patients because they were fully booked and that I should come back the next day (Friday) since Fridays are supposedly for walk-ins only. Fair enough. So I showed up today (Friday) right at 10:00 AM when they opened… and guess what? I was told I had to book an appointment for 10:45, and my wife for 11:30.
