Had a problem with a shower waste trap thing and needed 40mm pipe. Guy in shop was really kind and sorted me out with exactly what I needed and saved me a bunch of money. Great service.
We came down to ask for advice / help in choosing fittings and fixtures for our new bathroom. Nick spent a LOT of time helping us, which we really appreciated, making several recommendations but not pressuring us into a purchase at all. When we returned for a second time, both Nick and Charlie were again absolutely wonderful, taking the time to demonstrate different features of shower enclosures and the like and with all their advice, we were able to finally decide on each element of our order and go ahead with our purchase.... read more
