I was early and they started the session just after I arrived. Waiting well after my appointed time is common. The session was completed before my appointed time. Likely this is not normal there. But I was delighted. The session was professional and efficient.
I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient, and I was seen right on time for my appointment with no waiting. Sonographer Zehr was professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire scan. They explained everything clearly, answered my questions patiently, and provided exceptional care. The entire visit was smooth, organized, and stress-free. I highly recommend this clinic and Sonographer Zehr for anyone needing an ultrasound.
