They seem very disorganized (at least on the day that I went). The staff gave me conflicting information about whether I needed to keep the requisition form to bring to my next appointment or whether they needed to keep it to do the scans. They were at least 20 minutes late in taking me in for my appointment. There should be a review with the practitioners here at Sure Care Waterloo, I came to do a thyroid ultrasound and they forgot check my thyroid gland despite it been stated on the requisition, they did not contact me to revisit. I got to know after two months when I went to see my endocrinologist. Secondly, I did an ultrasound after a miscarriage and they said the sac was still there, I took misoprostol and nothing came out, after doing an ultrasound at a different clinic I was told there was nothing there. When I called to schedule my appointment, I arranged my schedule to arrive with a full bladder as instructed. However, I was mistakenly booked with a male technician who is unable to perform the ultrasound and was also given the wrong office location—one that is not open on Sundays. Aryaman was not the person I originally spoke with and was not responsible for this error. I had my ultrasound (NT scan) with Shazia, and she was incredibly patient and supportive. My baby wasn’t in the right position, but she waited nearly 2 hours to get the proper angle without rushing. Her calm and cooperative nature made the whole experience much easier for me. I truly appreciate her dedication and highly recommend her.
