Facility good. Sumendra was great doing my ultrasound. Definitely good for ultrasound requirements.
Overall, I had an excellent experience. My online appointment request was followed up almost immediately with a direct phone call, which I really appreciated. The appointment itself was smooth and efficient, and the ultrasound technician, Sumendra, was both highly knowledgeable and personable. I would confidently recommend this clinic to anyone in need of outpatient diagnostic services.
Sumendra is a very welcoming technologist. He asked about things I had going on in my life and made conversation which made the experience very comfortable. I would strongly recommend going to Sure Care Diagnostics here in Waterloo.
