Very disappointing company all around. Poorly trained staff, poor communication, and bad policies. This company stands as a good example of why healthy competition is so important...
You guys have a Caucasian female with blonde hair driving one of your company vehicles (Ford Transit Cargo 250, #36 on the back door). She is not only driving aggressively and recklessly, but she's speeding and yelling for the vehicle in front of her to move (her windows were rolled down as she's blasting loud music). This type of person should not be behind the wheel of any vehicle. Please do something about this before she ends up causing an accident or getting you involved in a lawsuit.
Apparently they only have an outage number during business hours...(basically less than the worst bank) that's super helpful. Powers been out about an hour and flickered once. Map shows nothing. All offices closed leading to an endless loop of said message and report a power outage press # which in turns leads to closed message again. Very unprofessional.
