We had a fantastic experience with Waterloo Mattress. The customer service was excellent from ordering to setup. We purchased both a mattress, platform bed, and headboard for our Airbnb, and we couldn't be happier. The mattress is extremely comfortable, and the platform bed and headboard are of very high quality. Our guests have been enjoying restful nights, and the setup looks great. We have purchased several mattresses over the years from Waterloo Mattress, both coil and foam, for our home and cottage. We have been very pleased with the quality and workmanship of these products.
