Poor service, these people do not value you or your vehicle. For example, we brought our brand new vehicle (purchased from this dealership) in for the first oil change, they spilled oil all over the engine block and did not clean it. They make nothing easy, you basically have to harass them to get any sort of response from anyone. It is very frustrating, and leaves a person feeling very disrespected. 0 stars

Poor Handling of Lease Buyout - Unresponsive and Unresolved I am extremely disappointed with how Waterloo Lincoln handled my lease buyout process. I recently booked a 2017 Hyundai Tucson Luxury with Waterloo Lincoln, leaving a deposit to secure the car. Unfortunately, they sold the car to someone else without notifying me. When I spoke to Orlando, the sales manager, he was extremely unprofessional and denied what was promised to me. Instead of taking accountability, he dismissed my concerns.
