I recently booked a 2017 Hyundai Tucson Luxury with Waterloo Lincoln, leaving a deposit to secure the car. Unfortunately, they sold the car to someone else without notifying me. When I spoke to Orlando, the sales manager, he was extremely unprofessional and denied what was promised to me. Instead of taking accountability, he dismissed my concerns. I recently purchased a Lincoln. I was between a Lincoln and a Cadillac. You know what sold me? The sale rep! I had the best sale rep in Edmonton. No, seriously, I have purchased many vehicles in my life and hands down he has been the best. He was honest, kind, helpful, timely, and dedicated. He is is Philippe Lights!
