I recently booked a 2017 Hyundai Tucson Luxury with Waterloo Lincoln, leaving a deposit to secure the car. Unfortunately, they sold the car to someone else without notifying me. When I spoke to Orlando, the sales manager, he was extremely unprofessional and denied what was promised to me. Instead of taking accountability, he dismissed my concerns.
