Great experience here! Milos was very patient with all our questions and made sure we understood everything. The service was excellent, Youseff and the other staff were also friendly and helpful. I love my Kia Sportage and I’m really enjoying it. Highly recommend!
I went there Saturday and was impressed. They are under construction. Sales team has to work from a Trailer. I am intersted in the 4 Door Sedan. I met saleman Emilio and was very easy to talk to. I'm waiting on the Hatchback now. I will defanitely keep this dealership in mind if Purchasing a new vehicle.

Because renovations required that sales and service staff work from trailers, it was not the optimum situation, especially for staff. I took vehicle in for recall work and was very happy with the service received from start to finish and in a timely manner. Kudos to service adviser Crystal who is very professional and accommodating.
I took my 3 year old (new to me) Soul EV for a brake service and to have a few minor issues looked at before the warranty expired. The service advisor suggested a $155 inspection, which I agreed to, assuming that it would come with some form of itemized report. This seemed like a reasonable amount to spend on a vehicle for which I do not have the previous service history.
