I had a very good experience with the service. John went above and beyond — he kept me updated and, when a new part was needed, he helped me book an appointment as soon as possible. I've dealt with other service advisors before, but I've never come across anyone as professional as John. He truly shows ownership and a great customer-oriented attitude.
Brought a 2013 Honda odyssey here that I bought from a used dealership to get inspected for $250 full inspection package. Said the oil was good and it wasn’t. Didn’t inspect power steering or transmission, those also weren’t good. Paid $250 for them to switch my tires. They clearly didn’t look at anything.
