Had a brake service done on my 2021 Honda HR-V, and immediately after, I noticed a knocking sound from the front driver-side brake when stopping at low speeds — a noise that wasn’t there before. When I brought it back, the dealership (adviser Daniel) dismissed it as "normal" and said the brake pad would eventually bed into place. I had a disappointing experience with the Waterloo Honda service branch regarding a recall on my 2007 CR-V. Despite multiple visits and assurances that bolts or brackets were installed, I saw no visible changes. I had to return for photos they forgot to take, and the recall still isn't cleared from the system! Overall, it was an unorganized process, and I'm still waiting for a resolution.

I had a very disappointing experience with the service department here. I brought my vehicle in for an AC issue, and it took them over two weeks just to diagnose the problem—and even then, the AC still wasn’t working properly. The service was extremely overpriced, and I later had the same issue fixed at a different shop for less than half the cost.
