Had a brake service done on my 2021 Honda HR-V, and immediately after, I noticed a knocking sound from the front driver-side brake when stopping at low speeds — a noise that wasn’t there before. When I brought it back, the dealership (adviser Daniel) dismissed it as "normal" and said the brake pad would eventually bed into place. I had a disappointing experience with the Waterloo Honda service branch regarding a recall on my 2007 CR-V. Despite multiple visits and assurances that bolts or brackets were installed, I saw no visible changes. I had to return for photos they forgot to take, and the recall still isn't cleared from the system! Overall, it was an unorganized process, and I'm still waiting for a resolution.
