After 17 years of excellent and proactive service, I am sad to say they have seen a consistent and significant drop in service levels. Over the last year, they have been unable to deliver scheduled services on time, and while they will provide a rental, at some point i think a discount becomes relevant. Everyone I dealt with was super nice, open, and honest. They didn’t push me into buying a new vehicle. They gave me all the options I was looking for. Had a great experience. I will no longer go to any other dealership.
We worked with Sam and Tim to buy our expedition from out of town and they made the whole experience so easy and stress free. Without being able to see the vehicle in person they made sure to provide us with lots of photos and videos and even brought to our attention some interior damage that they then hired a specialist to repair prior to shipping the vehicle out.
