As always from the time you walk through the doors and greeted by reception to the treatment with a podiatrist everything is great. A warm and friendly caring staff
Today was my second visit to Waterloo Foot and Orthotic Clinic (first visit was four weeks ago) and the person at reception greeted me by name :-). I had no wait and I received only the treatment that was required (no upselling-refreshing). Emma, same technician as the first visit, communicated what she was doing, constantly checked in that I was okay and was friendly and informative. When your feet hurt, and you're not sure what your visit is going to entail, it's nice to be kept in the loop and leave feeling so much better... read more

I've seen Jasmine a few times now amd she is amazing! Knowledgeable, Friendly and Efficent! My feet have never felt better!
