I just came from Family Dental. I think this is an awesome place .After getting some fillings done and other wonderful things done to my teeth by Dr.Modi I am so at wow right now. The Dr is the best I ever had and all the receptionists are really wonderful and helpful especially the receptionist named Shiloh. I’ve been going to Dr. Kapasi for years now and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better dentist. He’s taken care of my whole family and has always made us feel super comfortable and at ease. Everything with him is just easy — no stress, no pressure, just great care every single time. I’ll be going to him until the day he retires (which I hope is not anytime soon!). Disappointed with this office. After being off on mat leave and not being able to book an appointment to get a cleaning, I finally muster the courage to do so for today....just to be told that a staff was going home sick and that they would re-book me. I have a baby at home, it is not easy to make time to come in whenever. I understand things happen but I was already put off when I came in, but sat for 20mins anyways and tried to be understanding.
