The good! Clean waiting room, kind receptionist. The bad? Despite Dr. Aliki Divaris being friendly at first, and stating I could get a 2nd opinion on the tooth she said required extraction at the beginning of Oct 2025, I asked for a second opinion and she became defensive and said she felt if I needed a second opinion, I could the other dentist do the root canal for the other tooth she was to do. I have had an outstanding experience at Waterloo Family Dental! A Special shout out to Dr. Aliki Divaris for her professionalism, expertise, and for her extreme gentleness, and her ability to keep me calm and relaxed!!! I have gone Waterloo family dental for years. And I give the entire staff 5 stars. You will find none that are better or more professional. However, now that I am disabled and wheelchair dependent, I find that the building is not accessible (does not conform to the AODA). And the interior structural changes made to the clinic itself post-covid make moving around difficult. Their landlord needs to bring the building into conformance with the law.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at Waterloo Family Dental for their outstanding care and professionalism. Jenn was exceptionally helpful and compassionate in arranging my initial appointment as a new patient with Dr. Granic. When my discomfort increased, Nirali kindly facilitated an earlier appointment with Dr. Daniella.
