The Dr here is very professional and polite
I have been loyal to this business since 1983. There have been changes over the years as expected with retirements. Until this last time, I was informed of the changes and given options. I arrived expecting Dr. Ball. Felt betrayed with a different optometrist without being informed. The service was OK but not personal like what I was used to more robotic. Not sure if I will revisit. I can obtain this information closer than traveling 20 minutes.
