Waterloo Energy recently installed a new Tetco geothermal system at my house. I couldn't be more pleased. Right from the start of the process, Norma and Aaron proved to be focused on good customer service. The installation crew - Shawn, Kevin, Ethan and Collin, continued with that trend. Nothing was too mush trouble. They never attempted to cut corners and weren't happy until I was happy. I would definitely recommend Waterloo Energy.
These guys were fantastic! They weren't cheap but when I realized how much work it was and how great of a job they did I would say the price was perfect. Very happy with our install! Everyone we dealt with was excellent. They worked really hard and made sure everything went to plan.
My old gas furnace was overdue for replacement and I was considering a heat pump hybrid or a full heat pump. JIm Bolger the sales contact was very open , patient and professional when insecting my house to provide the estimate. The team of Jason and Josh who handled the installation of the heat pump were friendly and polite, very conscientious and patient My rear patio area where the pump was to sit had a sink hole . They filled it up with extra gravel and also added extra patio tile to make it level in order to hold the new... read more

We used Waterloo Energy and Products and Mechanical to replace our Furnace, AC, and water tank with a new Heat Pump and electrical water tank. This is the best company that I've used for work on my home. They were professional, on time, within the initial quote that they provided. I'll always use them for future work and I can't recommend this company enough for others in the Waterloo Region.
