The team at Waterloo Energy went over and above to ensure that we were informed and confident in their two-day installation of a 3 ton heat pump and humidifier in our residence. The three-person install team, led by Sean, was especially professional in their communications and technical work. They arrived on time, prepared and polite. Aaron and his Team are fantastic. Our geo-thermal heat pump went town on a Sunday and they took my call and we had a service the following morning first thing. Very knowledgeable and kind technical people. Highly recommend this company.
Big thanks to Kevin and Waterloo Energy Products for thorough maintenance and service on my heat pump water heater. Kevin explained everything along the way, and also took time to help me with a tap that needed tightening in the kitchen. So helpful!
Waterloo Energy recently installed a new Tetco geothermal system at my house. I couldn't be more pleased. Right from the start of the process, Norma and Aaron proved to be focused on good customer service. The installation crew - Shawn, Kevin, Ethan and Collin, continued with that trend. Nothing was too mush trouble. They never attempted to cut corners and weren't happy until I was happy. I would definitely recommend Waterloo Energy.
These guys were fantastic! They weren't cheap but when I realized how much work it was and how great of a job they did I would say the price was perfect. Very happy with our install! Everyone we dealt with was excellent. They worked really hard and made sure everything went to plan.
