It appears from other reviews that when this company does provide service these other reviewers are pleased. My experience was the electrician sent announced, “I haven’t seen this before. I don’t know how to do this”. Being honest about that was good. The dishonesty comes in that he then didn’t relay to the company that he was not qualified to meet the needs of the service call and I was fully charged as if he had provided service when none was.
