I had a replacement set of upper and lower partial dentures made by the Waterloo Denture Clinic approximately 4 weeks ago. The fit was virtually perfect from the day I picked them up, but had to go back only once for a small adjustment. Amazing service, great experience! The staff were welcoming, understanding and made my dad feel very comfortable. His dentures look natural and fit perfectly. Highly recommend!
Akram was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and polite, however the receptionist is very opionated and rude, I think Akram, you may lose customers because of her boldness!
Akram Ghassemiyan, is very honest, she and the staff at Waterloo denture clinic, are awesome, I asked about adhesive types was told that for most people, the powder works better, I found this to be very true, I'm still getting used to smiling , and I am more comfortable with my dentures than I thought I would be, thank you, Waterloo denture clinic
Please stay away from this denture clinic at all costs if Karthika is going to be your denturist. I don't want my review to effect the other denturists in this practice. I also don't want anyone to endure what I am going through now. I am on ODSP and paid $345 for a reline that was a complete denturist failure. As of today my denture completely falls out of my mouth.
