Today I visited for a routine cleaning. I clearly requested a cleaning only and communicated this to both the receptionist and the hygienist. When I initially made this request, the receptionist advised me to confirm it with the hygienist. At the start of my appointment, I again clearly told the hygienist that I wanted only a cleaning and no additional services not covered by my insurance.
