I wish I could give Dr. Ash more than 5 stars! I’m so grateful my daughter found a dentist in Waterloo who speaks my language, Farsi. Dr. Ash extracted two of my teeth, and I didn’t even notice when it happened — I actually fell asleep, and he gently tapped my shoulder to tell me it was done! I didn’t even feel the needle when he gave me the freezing. I’m 76 years old and have always had dental anxiety since childhood, but Dr. Ash's care was totally another level. No direct billing. They do a good job when they don't cancel your appointments without notifying you. But rest assured, when you show up to their office for your appointment and they turn you away, they make sure to let you know that you don't owe them any money. So that's considerate. In regards to the response: Offering free services only benefits my insurance provider, I would rather be charged in full next time and receive care, then arrive at the office and receive none.
