I've been seeing Jan for Neurofeedback for several years now, through the advice of my doctor, and it has helped me tremendously ever since I've started doing the sessions. I find that my brain is able to function a lot better, especially when I'm under stress, and my brain isn't as foggy as it used to be. It's helped me from burning out as quickly, especially since I work in a very high stress environment! If you haven't met with her for Neurofeedback yet, I highly recommend you try it out!
